Broome North Primary School provides a specialist Physical Education program for students from Year 1 to Year 6. Led by a dedicated Physical Education teacher, the program includes a range of activities designed to develop fundamental movement skills, game understanding, and sport-specific skills. Our aim is to build each student’s confidence, fitness, and enjoyment of physical activity, supporting the development of healthy, active lifestyles.
The program is guided by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) Health and Physical Education curriculum, which is adapted from the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) framework for Western Australian schools.
